Harry,

This is why I am afreared of designing obsolete ICs
into my stuff. As tempting as it is, I have a
[ir]rational fear of trashing a hard-to-find IC and
not being able to find a replacement. Now I am using
obsolete ICs in my VCA, but its because I have them
and I'm broke. 

Be more careful next time!
