Your sequencer is a lot like the first one I made, two banks of wight. I
used a 4516 as the main counter though, which requires a serial to four bit
before it - but what it also affords you is an UP/DOWN counting option -and-
the all-important four bit preset inputs, which allowed me pseudo=random on
my first sequencer, and VC control via an a to d on Milton.
My question is why no stage pulse outs and why two rows od LEDs instead?
Can the two bank work independantly? if not, I would suggest only that you
make one row of LEDS individual pulse outputs instead.
