Yes. Congratulations, Roman!
This is the most interesting circuit I have seen for a long time.

It would make a nice pair with a VC pulse divider, wouldn't it?
A pulse divider / pulse multiplier module ...

Maybe one could even make it one circuit (as seen from
the user interface, with switching between two circuits inside)
with a single potentiometer (and CV input), such as in center
position one pulse is created. Turn the pot left, and you
have a pulse divider (subharmonics), and turn it right to have
a pulse multiplier ...

Does your pulse circuit also work with slow (LFO range)
signals? This would be interesting for sequencer or arpeggiator
clocks.
