I have all the Oberheim schematics (SEM series synths only) I have ever
found on the net compiled on my site. Just go to:

You will find the schematics for all the all the Oberheim 2-voice keyboards
there, analog and digital. BTW I have had to replace the regulator twice on
my 2v keyboard so far, and it is going out again. I typically use a Kenton
Pro-solo to run it anyway, I will probably have to replace all the filter
caps soon. A real drag.
I have been a Obie owner for years and have been amassing a collection of
schematics for almost as long as I've owned them. You will also find custom
metalwork plans there also (these got me a "best site of the month" mention
in Keyboard Magazine once - [woopie])
