[sdiy] Event timer

kids,

I have a circuit I've dreamt up which I haven't made yet, but has been
posted on my site for some time. I still think it's a solid idea, but I now
realize I went around it foolishly. Go here:

What I've realized now what's daft about it is the three stages are
overlapping. You can easily configure it so that stage two let's say fires
before stage 1. I won't go so far as to say its stupid, but it is confusing.

So...what i think would be better is if each stage used the voltage dialed
up in the previous stages' pot as it's bottom reference, so that they would
always follow in an order of one, two three...

I've sketched some ways of doing this out, but I was hoping (as a just laid
off from my job sympathy gift, you know) that somebody could come up with
alternate methods.

I was thinking to just taking the reference from the pot 1 wiper as the low
end rail of the stage two pot, and that wiper feeding into the stage 3 low
end rail on its divider.

ya think that would work?

- P
