[sdiy] rack front rails help

Thanks to Tim, Neil and Jeff, but I'm looking for the horizontal front
rails.
If you watch the images below, the ones that have a "C" indent on each
extreme
(I think the info you sent me is for the vertical strips... thanks anyway)
Those pictured below are from MOTM, I'm looking for something similar,
better if not so thick and with more holes, more general...
I can't find it nowhere. Where do you get them friends? How do you fix the
modules with screws on a racky thing?
So can someone point a place to get the horizontal threaded strips please?
