Absolutely!  But then, the "core" might be clean, and the glitching and 
ringing could be only in the waveshaping circuitry.... Thats to say, 
what ever you receive at the output jacks, doesn't really tell how 
accurate it is. Or the other way round, accuracy and sonically 
interesting properties should not be mutually exclusive.
