[sdiy] Datasheets NEC D2764D eprom

Hi again list,

I have a couple of NEC D2764D eproms here that I want to reprogram to get
some synths back on the road. But my eprom programmer doesn't recognise this
type of eprom and the general programming algorithms neither do the trick.
Of course I could manually fill in the required parameters for the D2764D
algorithm, but I haven't been able to locate the necessary datasheets for
this eprom anywhere. If you should have the datasheets for the NEC D2764D
eprom, I'd be very interested in getting a copy of those.
