It largely depends on the type of battery.
In Horowitz/Hill they state 400mAh @ 1mA and 180mAh @ 10mA for a "heavy 
duty" 9V zinc carbon battery, 500mAh @ 1mA and 470mAh @ 10mA for an 
alkaline 9V battery.

Typically the Ah figure will depend on the load.
