[sdiy] "obsolete" 2N3906

[Jim Patchell]

	Digikey seems to have a different idea of what obsolete is.  The 
CA3280E is obsolete...but it seems to have more to do with "Can we make 
money selling this part?" rather than "Is this part still being made by 
somebody?"
