Hi ..one of the best 'pc' based scopes I have seen ..is the ' bitscope'.

I havent got around to building one myself yet ..but when I get the chance I
will.
Its basically a hardware design from which you can upload/download to a pc
through fast serial. Its also a modular design so you can add things like
logic analyser modules etc.
You can get it in kit form for a very reasonable price.
