Make them on your own!
I did it. I use thru hole parts only in small prototyping on solderless
breadboard, so I needed some adapters for SOIC, SOT, even
things like caps and resistors. Yeah, I'm SMD lova to this point
I even use smd resistors in thru hole board sometimes :-P
A whole bunch of various adaptors cost me close to nothing.
I only needed to cut them with big cutters.
If there's interest in such adapters, I might make them again.
