Dear all,

  ok, We've gone for the 6th of september (as its a date we can deffinatly
get)
What myself and Neil now need is ;-

- how many rooms for Friday night only
- how many rooms for Saturday night only
- how many rooms for both Friday and Saturday nights

We need to know ASAP.

If you cannot make it after saying you want a room, we need to know the
latest a couple of days before hand.
if you do *NOT* book a room you wont be able to stay overnight, so think
ahead...
Pease email BOTH me and Neil with room bookings...

Neil, put me down for a room on the 5th and 6th (I'll arrive friday evening,
if thats ok)

I'll update the webpage later today with details (neil can I have the ink to
the map/picture of rooms/etc)
