[sdiy] Experimental Hardware Neurons

I have updated this page:

with 10 short mp3 samples of a Roland Handsonic being triggered by 4 neurons
and 2 pattern generators.

I also added schematics for the pattern generator based on the CD4089 binary
rate multiplier and a scan of the patterns from the datasheet. The 4089
patterns processed by the 4 neurons can be heard on the mp3 samples.

I use the terms "techno" and "electro" very loosely, I have no idea if the
loops would actually work with that music.
