Well, I can spend what little spare time I have bending sheet metal and making
a case that looks somewhat like a traffic accident, or I can buy one thats
nicely painted and fits properly and spend that spare time making the case
Do Something. 32 step Sequencer with Midi Sync thats going to live next to
my MiniMoog. I'll have more then enough room in the case to find a home for
the Midi/CV I picked up from Tony Allgood jeesh... 2 years ago?
I chose the latter. It will be here Friday and I should have my mildly
hacked EFM Seq2 wedged in it sometime saturday evening, plenty of time
to play with it!
Yah know, I finally realised I've been spending so much time trying to figure
out how to do lettering and cabinetry that I've lost sight of why I do this
to begin with... to be able to make music. I cant buy what I think I need
to do this, so I have to make it. That and IMHO soldering is fun, but
cutting and shaping sheetmetal is a drag ( unless I'm restoring a car... )
