I once installed a DEC mini computer that was tempest-ized.  The terminals
(VT100) had HUGE cases.  The system was powered from a motor-generator, not
to keep the power stable, but so that no radiation from the system could be
received (and decoded and stored) outside of the facility via the power lines.
