Well, the free version of Eagle (www.cadsoft.de) also exports schematics
as image files already.

Ok, the free version is limited to one sheet, but I would say thats a
better bet than the SC-1000 program, since we gain the following
advantages:

1) if anyone wants to build a PCB for the schematic, they can get hold of
     the Eagle SCH file and make their own PCB;
2) its supported by quite extensive libraries and a popular user
     community;
3) more mature product.
4) cross-platform (Windows, Linux)
