There's an odd little place in Fremont, across from the NUMMI plant,
called Just-in-Time Electronics or somesuch. They have surplus
semiconductors, there's absolutely no pattern or reason to what they
buy--it's like random auction leftovers.
Here it is--45333 Fremont Blvd, phone 510-490-1377. Not open
on weekends as I recall.

The only good thing about the bay area--all the weird little places
to buy stuff.
