All,

Just to follow-up on Paul's email, the earlier we know how many people are
attending the better.  As it is turning out to be a popular event this
year planning is going to be more of a "challenge", and like all things
if you leave it to the end things get forgotten.

So on second thoughts ideally I'd like to confirm college rooms in the
first week of August, to give college time to plan room allocations, etc.
Any later and the chances of getting a room decrease.

Also it would be helpful if you could let us know what you plan on
bringing.  This will help decide on what facilities we will be needing
over the weekend so that we don't end up in a pokey little room with no
windows :-)
