Hi Antti,

CDEX runs with the encoder of your choice and 
allready comes with the current lame_enc.dll

It's "just" a nice GUI around - so to say (CDex 
folks forgive me PLS ;-).

Although I hate destructive audio compression I'm 
pretty much impressed by the quality which can be 
achieved with LAME.
