Old RCA brandname for their CMOS line. Of no real importance
at this late date, as I don't think anyone uses it anymore.

I know people who can find out the spec, if you like....

They are probably just 600-600 ohm coupling transformers,
1:1 ratio, as those were commonly used with solid-state diodes.

If you prefer driving a higher impedance, you can try
10k:600 ohm transformers instead (Mouser 42TL019), with
the 600-ohm windings going to the diodes.

Tim is using 10k-10k transformers, because the 6AL5 tube 
diodes have higher forward impedances.
