Its just too hot to be working on this Omni.  Got everything working 
except the Synth section.  Thought I had that narrowed down to a bad
4016, but it was just the sweat in my eyes.  Signal all the way onto the
Synty board, but not past the resistors to the Filter board. Hrm.
Disconnect pin one of the Filter and my signal re-appears.

This would be a lot easier if the temperature would drop another 15 degrees...
