Well, I've already apologized twice (publicly and
privately) to Scott, so what more can I do ? Unsub ?
You can dig the archives till my first sub in 97, you
won't find any other such post. Most of my previous
posts start with "could someone be kind enough"...

IMHO someones who, in the same post, writes "rude" words,
but also confess that his original question wasn't too clear and
"sorry for being quite rude" can't mean to be delibarately rude;
there must be something else : like being a bit irritated by the
fact that this topic has already popped up a few times and that
I've tried to contribute to it by describing what I've been working
on for some time, with block diagrams and algorithms, and that
I was in search for the right uC to implement it.
For some reason, I thought the discussion would more or less
continue where it stopped the last time this thread appeared.
I thought members were somehow memorizing what's being
discussed here...
Obviously I was wrong, my previous attempts to contribute
have been forgotten, and I should have been more explicit
in the first place.

This is not the begining of a flame war. Just an explanation.
So I guess we can decide it's the end of the story (at least
publicly), OK ?

Nevertheless, I asked a clear question in my 2nd post, and
would be happy to find ppl to discuss it with.
As I said in my 1st "amazing" post : if there's only one place
where I can expect to find experienced & competent ppl to
talk with these days, it's this list...
