Hey,

I just assembled my 2nd VCO, and was checking it out
when I found this nasty high frequency oscillation.
After trying the usual stuff I took the TL081 opamp I
put in temporarily and put in a OP37. Problem solved.
Thanks to the sockets I always use, the swap was easy
to try.

If Aesop was alive today, he'd have a thing or two to
say...
