[sdiy] RAS/CAS timing (delay/echo)

I've collected enough info to start with this
project, (this include the memory section of an old
RCA weather radar 8-)
Being most of my diy projects just 'weekend
activities', I never know when will finish them...

This post is just to waste some bandwidth and
to thanks for the replies.
