NonononoNO. As I already oh so elaborately showed on the PPG mailing list,
the PPG Wave calculates the current sample for each voice at roughly 170kHz.
Of course, since a wave cycle consists of 128 discrete values, and there's
no interpolation, this _looks_ like a variable sample rate if viewed with an
oscilloscope.
