[sdiy] semi-ot: pic programmer

Hello list, recently i built a Tait Classic programmer
and tried it out with a program called icprog. Of
course it didn't work but i have a few questions:

Firstly, does anyone know which lines to invert while
using the Tait Classic, i suppose vcc and mclr, any
more? Second, i discovered while testing that rb6 and
rb7 is 0v for 0 and 2.1v for 1. This won't work for
CMOS will it?
