Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone on this list had any info
on the GROOVE (Generating Realtime Operations
on Voltage-controlled Equipment), a hybrid system
developped at Bell Labs in the 70's, and used by
composers such as Laurie Spiegel ("Drums", "The
Expanding Universe"...) ?

I'm interested in the hardware setup of course, and
especially i/o, but also (and mostly) in software and
the "philosophy" behind the design of this system
and the GUI.
