And this suddenly jars my memory a little.
About a year ago, didn't our very own Paul Shreiber post some photos of a
hifi amplifier he was building, with some absurd number of parallel
transistors? Maybe 50 or 100?
I've also soon it done comercially in microphone preamps in some older
mixing consoles, but usually only doubled up transistors.
