[sdiy] Where to get Positron Triodes?

Early computers were tube-based, so I don't understand why you need
non-existent devices to make logic circuits.

Please feel free to ignore me on this, because I don't know a P-channel
from... well, there's obviously a lot that I don't know about this stuff.
