[sdiy] Mod wheel

I do know of at least one instance of a pot that is spring-loaded:  the 
pitch & mod pots on the Korg Dw8000 joystick are self-contained, 
center-returning.

Can't tell for certain if he's looking for a replacement for a particular 
synth, or is cooking up something on his own....
