There's a plastic strip along the back of the keyboard that retains the keys.
Remove it carefully. If I remember ( its been 2 years since I did mine ) it
was about a 1/4" wide clear strip. Once you remove it you can pop each key
out by pressing the back end down. Once the keys are out, remove whatever
goo is impedeing their operation. You can also at this point remove the
rubber contacts on the circuit board and carefully clean them and the
circuit board with something non-abrasive. I use VCR grade qtips and
alcohol. When I say VCR grade, they make ones usually on 6" sticks that
are more tightly wrapped and glued so they dont fray and leave fibers
everywhere.
I re-attached the plastic strip with American Tape Co ( not scotch )
doublesided industrial tape.
