Music Control in the UK sell these. See their website for more details.

There are some on the net, a Google should turn them up. If not, let me
know I have them somewhere.

The midi board is fairly straightforward, and one could make one a clone
of one and fit it to the voice board. Its a tight fit though, and many
factory built Oscars suffer from connectivity between the two boards.

There is one mod required to the voice card, but its a only a simple
track cut to one of the proc lines. The funny thing is that I have seen
two oscars with the midi board fitted, one actually done by the factory,
and the mod not done. If the mod isn't done, two logic outputs fight for
supremancy and the unit does not respond to midi.

No idea about the rubber stuff though. Most of it will have gone hard
now, and it'll be losing its ability to hold the case together. One
would think replacement is the name of the game here, rather than
repair.
