I made an OSCar-package and sent out to a few persons...I'll mail it to
Julian too.

For the oscillator problem, check out input/output on IC26, 27 & 28 
and IC53 on the processorcard with a scope...the schematics are on page
3 & 4 of the OSCar pdf-schematics.
