[sdiy] 6402 UART

Thanks to all who replied, it seems i've been on the
wrong track from the start here. 

Everyone suggests the PIC16F628 instead of the 16F84
and it does indeed seem like a better choice. Why i
went for the UART thingy is because i don't have very
much money, but i do have a couple of 6402s, and i
thought that when trying to learn pic assembler, a
serial protocol thingy wouldn't be the best way to
start.... :)

...so a small question: i've built a TAIT classic
programmer, could i use it to program 16f628:s? It
would save me some time....
