This stuff is surplus.  That is why it is very inexpensive.  I cannot 
remember if I have ever purchased from them specifically, but as long as 
you are willing to gamble a bit, you should be OK....for the most part, I 
have had pretty good luck buying surplus parts in the past.  Sometimes I 
get burned, but many more times you get a big surprise.
