[sdiy] why 10V

Hi Don and Jürgen,

I think that has a flaw, because the allpass network doesn't provide a
90 degrees shift from input to output, but two of these networks are
aligned so that a phase difference of 90 degrees emerges on two ouputs.
These networks have a progressing phase response. Phase is (more or
less) linear with frequency in these.

It is however correct for an input signal which when phase shifted
generates the pulse wave at one output of the network and predicts what
happens at the other outputs. As such it leads in the right direction.

Cheers,
  René
