[sdiy] Freeware HPGL conversion? (front panel stuff)

HPGL is a printer driver... you should be able to "print to file" from
almost any software with Hewlett Packard HPGL (Draftmaster II, if I'm not
mistaken) selected as the printer type.  I print from AutoCAD to create
HPGL plot files all the time.
