Maybe... you could match diodes and try to glue them together for thermal
stability.

You might try using a MAD1108 (8 diodes) but I really don't know if they are
matched (monolythic) or just share a package.

For four diodes you could connect a CA3046 as diodes (using B-E junctions... or
even
B-C junctions if you need really low reverse leakage)
