Pin 16 does not even have a pad on the chip, so it is not even bonded. I am a
sick mind, so I would not let this pin go unused one way or another, for
instance could it act as supporting ground for the neighbor pin.
It is probably useless, but try the design out and you know how usefull it was.

We do these things to joke with our peers and confuse the hell out the others
