[sdiy] ASM ADSR, Tempco resistors

Hello,

I'm building an ASM1 synth and I have a question about the ADSR. After building it I find that my output is high when the gate is low. By "high" I mean it sits at the sustain level. When a positive gate comes the output goes low. The release occurs when it seems the attack should appear and vice versa. Does anyone have any idea why this might occur? Shouldn't the output be low when the gate is low? I've been trying to crunch the circuit but I can't seem to find the answer. Also, does anyone know where to find tempco resistors as specified in some of the ASM schematics?
