[sdiy] 4017 sequencer pulses

thanks, this idea worked, and it's soldered up, just
needs to be panel mounted. i tried the AND gate idea
too, which would have been a little simpler, but the
down slope of the pulse was too high, it triggered on
the up and down. maybe if i messed with it longer, but
i had to get this done tonight. used green LEDs, and
6/8, 7/8 and "4/4" resets.
