Probably Alpha or Song-Huei, sells only in 1000 minimum quantity.
The equivalent Alps model should be the more easy to get replacement.
Just go to the Alps site and compare pictures, if it looks like the same
then it is.
The Alps are the originals anyways.

BTW 1) Measuring the size in mm helps to see the difference between models.
BTW 2) Just order a replacement pot from.... Doepfer.
