   I have a similar beef with Vishay.  They do the exact same thing Tyco 
does.  Buy up competitors, strip them of all overhead (including enough 
staff to keep up production) and then double prices to pay for all those 
fat checks going to the CEO and board members).
   That's corporate america for ya.
