makesure to doubledouble check that it's not just that the patches are all
blank... a few months back i almost bought a Crumar Bit One... but every
single patch was blank, even the factory ones! i checked it out and it wasnt
the amp or anything, and when i changed settings it would make sound, but i
didn't feel like digging around online for factory presets or spending the
time to make a ton of them, so i decided not to go with it...

it sounds stupid but might be the problem :P
