[sdiy] Distributing CV Gate and Trigger

Hi Pat:

For CV you peobably want to add buffer amps (non-inverting voltage
follower opamp circuits) You feed your CV to the buffer inputs and use
the outputs separate (to each well ... output :^)

For gate and trigger it is usuallt fine to just parallel the jacks... the slight

difference in voltage will not affect operation
