[sdiy] Help! LM566 alternate?

The 4046 has two quasi-sawtooth waves that can be
combined to make a good sawtooth. The technique was
once published on Bjorn Julin (BJ) website.

You cannot get a triangle directly, but you could
make one from the sawtooth if you recover that...
