It is certainly there and it does certainly contribute to the frequency flicker
of oscillators, which can clearly be seen when monitoring the frequency over
longer time-spans (100-1000 s).

To what degree it contributes to the psychoacoustical effects of "warmth",
"fatness" or "interesting" is still to be determined.

It should be noted that most sources of pink noise does not keep the -3 dB
curve needed at such low frequencies, so using a audio-grade pink noise source
does normally not suffice to "proove" the effect or rule it out.
