[sdiy] Xilinx FPGA news...Digital SDIY anyone?

Paul + Co,

Yep. That's the new home for the AudioSpartan board. I recently
re-located it from here:

http://proteus.det3.net/projects/aspartan/

To coincide with the finalization of the product *and* the launching of
my engineering consulting business. I'm currently speaking with some
folks from Cornell, and might be adding a smallish CPU (ARM7) to the
base board to have a 'completely canned' system. I'm currently gauging
interest in the board, and don't want to be accepting pre-orders until I
have at least a batch of 10-15 folks interested. Ideally, a batch of 25
orders to start would be enough to produce AudioSpartan at decent
prices. Smaller quantities make the PCB and board stuffing costs pricey,
since there's a fairly sizable BGA on the board.

Best Regards,
