[sdiy] Update of my SDIY VCLFO pages

I have updated my VC-LFO pages :  PCB, wiring diagram , schematic and 
trimming
guide.
I have enhanced these modules by adding a second SAW BIAS trimmer.
As a matter of fact the wave shape could be set alright for one RATE cap
but not for the other ( just because the caps C1a and C1b do not provide
exactly the same amplitude for the voltage ramp...).
Now there are two T2 trimmers, T2a and T2b associated to C1a and C1b
respectively. This way one can trim the waveshapes independantly for the two
RATE ranges.
